Cavendish Maxwell’s Project and Building Consultancy team comprise UK qualified building surveyors and engineers with a particular expertise in the technical assessment of existing buildings and providing advice on avoiding recurrent issues with new projects. We are therefore often commissioned to assess the service charge in relation to the real assets and establish mechanisms for financial and control.
