Jessica Taylor BSc (Hons)
Jessica joined Cavendish Maxwell in 2016. As HR Manager, Jessica is responsible for the development of all HR strategies, polices and the delivery of HR services and programs.
She has extensive people management and hands-on experience leading HR initiatives including policy design, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruiting, compliance reporting, HR workflow development, training and development, and benefits administration.
For over 10 years, Jessica has used her HR skills and years of experience in various positions within the private and public sector in the UK, inspiring positive change in the organisations that she has worked in.
Jessica is meticulous and passionate about understanding what motivates people and to support them in achieving their full potential.
